POLICY CONCERNING LEAGUE FEE’S
The success of any business requires all members to pay in a timely manner. We appreciate all members who have continually paid on time. Each season the league fee of $250.00 is due. Prior to the start of the season or no later than the first game a payment must be remitted.
For the upcoming
season, a payment of $125.00 or more is expected no later than the member’s
first game. There will be a 15% late fee on any unpaid balances starting at the
two week deadline or the 30 day deadline as described in the policy.
Please remember we accept cash, checks and credit cards.
*We prefer the payment in full however, we will accept a minimum of $125.00 up front and the remaining balance paid within 2 weeks of the start of the season.
*If you play 2 divisions, your minimum first payment is $250.00 up front, and the remaining balance is due within 30 days of the start of season.
*You will not be allowed to play if payment has not been made.
*If the member starts any time before the 4th. game we do not prorate.
*If the member starts at the 5th. game or any time after we will prorate.
*If the member is injured before his league fee is fully paid, there will be a $15.00 charge for each game played.
*If the member is injured after his league fee is fully paid, and he will not be returning, a portion of the league fee will be reimbursed or a credit given for a future season played. The reimbursement or credit will be calculated by subtracting a $15.00 charge for each game played from the original league fee.
